BM&FBOVESPA: Index maintains downward movement

SÃO PAULO, 11/19/08 - The BM&FBovespa lost 1.3% a while ago, to 33,651 points. The trading volume was at R$2.07 billion.

The shares with the highest weight in the theoretical portfolio of stocks (valid from September 1 to December 30) are Petrobras PN (PETR4), down 2.96% to R$18.68; Vale PNA (VALE5), down 3.2% to R$22.40; BM&FBovespa ON (BVMF3), down 3.92% to R$4.41; Bradesco PN (BBDC4), down 1.95% to R$21.57; and Vale ON (VALE3), down 4.11% to R$24.50.

Future Ibovespa contracts maturing in December fell 1.75% to 33,750 points.
